Q : If there has a MOQ?

A  : Yes, we do wholesale and OEM. For wholesale, the MOQ is $200 order amount each order. The MOQ of OEM order depends on the style.

 

Q : How can I place an order?

A : Add the items you want to the shopping cart and enter your address and phone number. Before you make payment, we need to check our stock and find a cheapest way for you. After we update the shipping cost, then you can make the payment.

 

Q : What should I do after place an order?

A : After you place an order and submit it, please be patient. We need to check our stock and fill in shipping cost, after that, you can make payment. The shipping cost will be cheapest.

 

Q : How to ship my order?

A : Normally we use international expresses, such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT and EMS. The cost depends on the weight, more weight more discount from shipment companies. And shipping time depends on the country, for example, to USA, DHL/UPS/FEDEX takes 3-5 days, to Brazil it might takes 7-9 days. More information, pls contact us.

 

Q : How can I do the payment?

A : We accept Bank Transfer, Union Western and Paypal. And it might has payment fees there, or get more discount.

     Total amount less than $500, don't need to pay any fee.

     Total amount exceed $500:

Pay by Paypal: 2% payment fee on order amount；---Pls understand that we need to pay much fee to receive the money once amount reach $500.

Pay by Union Western or Bank Transfer, there is 2% addtional discount you can get. 

 

Q ：Will I have to pay tax in my side?

A : Sometimes you might need to pay tax when package reach your country, it depends on declared value and country. The vlaue and tax rate, pls check with local customs policy. The tax charged by declared valule.

We can write lower value on the commercial invocie, but it depends on if the buyer have a good ability to do clearance in customs or not. Some country sucn as Brazil, it is hard to do clearance in customs
